3. Consultation Services
3.1 Initial Consultations
First-time consultations are typically provided complimentary to help us understand your needs and determine how we can assist you. No payment is required, and therefore no refund is applicable.
3.2 Paid Consultation Services
If you purchase paid consultation services:
- Cancellation Before Service: You may cancel scheduled consultations up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full payment
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule one time at no charge with at least 48 hours notice
3.3 Post-Service Refunds
Once a consultation has been completed, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- Technical issues prevented service delivery through no fault of the client
- The consultant failed to appear for the scheduled appointment
- Service quality was substantially below reasonable expectations
4. Digital Products and Premium Content
4.1 Digital Downloads
For any paid digital products (e-books, special reports, premium guides):
- Pre-Download: Full refund available if you request cancellation before downloading the product
- Post-Download: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed
- Defective Products: If a digital product is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement or full refund
4.2 Online Courses and Webinars
If we offer paid online courses or webinars:
- Before Access: Full refund available if requested before you access any course materials
- Within 7 Days: Partial refund (75%) available within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed
- After 7 Days: No refunds available after 7 days from purchase date

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

- After 30 Days: Prorated refund for remaining months, minus a $25 administrative fee
- After 6 Months: No refunds available after 6 months from purchase date

- Sealed audio/video recordings or software if unsealed
